Our experience spans two decades across financial planning, operations, leadership and business growth. We’ve worked with global brands, led teams of over 100 people and delivered multi-million-pound projects. John has been in business since the age of 19 and later joined forces with Charlotte to build a business together, which we continue to run today.
Working in both established companies and our own ventures has taught us the value of strong foundations. Understanding the numbers, having clear processes and putting reliable systems in place all make a difference to how a business performs and grows.
We founded Business Scale Academy to equip entrepreneurs with the tools, knowledge and practical support to apply these principles to their own businesses. We work closely with owners to understand their challenges, make informed decisions and put their plans into practice.
Today, we continue to run our own group of companies alongside supporting entrepreneurs across the UK, Europe and Asia. Our work and insights have been featured in leading publications, including Forbes, and shared on global stages.
